        "content": "(a) The Patna University with headquarters at Patna and territorial jurisdiction over the whole of the Patna Division ;\n(b) The University of Bihar with headquarters at Muuzaffarpur and territorial jurisdiction over the whole of the Tirhut Division ;\n(c) The Bhagalpur University with headquarters at Bhagalpur and territorial jurisdiction over the whole of the Bhagalpur Division ; and\n(d) The Ranchi University with headquarters at Ranchi and territorial jurisdiction over the whole of the Chotanagpur Division :\n(ii) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.",
