            "title": "13. The property thus allotted shall be used for such purpose only as may be specified in the conveyance Deed/Hire purchase Tenancy Agreement.",

            "content": "13.\n14.\n15.\n16.\n17.\n18.\n19.\nChapter III\nProcedure of Allotment\n20.\n21.\n22.\n23.\n24.\n25.\n(i)\nCommissioner of the Division\n-Chairman.\n(ii)\nManaging Director or his nominee\n-Member.\n(iii)\nConcerned District Magistrate\n-Member.\n(iv)\nOne non-official member of the Board to be nominated by the\n\t\t\t\tGovernment.\n-Member.\n(v)\nConcerned Executive Engineer of the Board.\n-Convenor (Member-Secretary)\n26.\n(i) In every category (except discretionary quota) the allotment of property to eligible applicants shall be made by draw of lots by the Board. The procedure of draw of lots will be decided by the Managing Director.\n(ii) The particular Plot/House/Flat to be allotted to the applicant in accordance with sub-section (i) above shall be determined by drawing of lots after due notice to such applicants of the date, time and venue of the draw.\n27.\n28.\n29.\n30.\n31.\n32.\nChapter IV\nTerms and Conditions of Disposal of Property\n[33.\n34.\n35.\n36.\n37.\n38.\n39.\n40.\n41.\n42.\n(ii) A lease deed for the land specified in sub-regulation (i), shall be drawn up and executed in such form as may be prescribed by the Board.\n43.\n[(i) The applicant under the High Income Group and the Middle Income Group shall pay/deposit 30 per cent of the disposal price immediately after it has been decided to allot a dwelling site to him, but the applicant under Low Income Group and the Economically Weaker Section, shall pay/deposit 20 per cent of the disposal price immediately after it has been decided to allot a dwelling site to him.\"]\n(ii) The balance amount of the disposal price shall be paid within such period as may be determined by the Board and specified in the allotment order.\n44.\n(a) roads and paths, storm water drains, water supply and ancillary installations, street lighting and other services.\n(b) parks and open areas intended for recreation.\n(c) market, shopping centre, schools, community hall or any other amenity for common use on such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the Board and that local authority.\n45.",
