Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members, the Member Secret ary-cum-State Project
Director and other employees of the Council shall b e deemed, when acting or
reporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisi ons of this Act, or any rule or
regulation or order or direction made or issued und er this Act, to be public
servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
