Residuary matters. With regard to matters not specifically covered by the Act or the Rules made under the Act or by Regulations or Orders made or issued thereunder or by special orders the members of the Service shall be governed by the Rules, Regulations and Orders applicable to the officers/employees of the State Government at appropriate level.
