(a) to give immediate information to the nearest Veterinary Officer or to the nearest police-station of the commission of any offence or of the intention or preparation to commit; any offence punishable under this Act which may come to their knowledge;
(b) to take all reasonable measures in their power to prevent commission of any such offence which they may know or have reason to believe is about or likely to be committed; and
(c) to assist any Veterinary Officer or any other officer or person in carrying out the provisions of this Act and the Rules made thereunder.
