(ii) Not more than one matter shall be considered on the same motion and the motion shall be restricted to any information of any recent occurrence.
(iii) No discussion should be raised on a matter which has been discussed at meeting of the Gram Panchayat/Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad, as the case may be, during the previous three months in the motion.
(iv) A matter, which has been previously appointed for consideration shall not be anticipated in the motion or with reference to which a notice of motion has been previously given.
(v) A matter on which a resolution cannot be moved shall not be dealt in the motion.
