        "content": "Subject to the \nprovisions of this section, every Panchayat shall, after an appropriation \nmade by law in this behalf, be entitled to receive grants in aid from the \nConsolidated Fund of the State as recommended by th e State Finance \nCommission, constituted under the provisions of this Act, and as approved \nand notified by the State Government.",
