        "content": "-  (1) Every \ncandidate at a panchayat election shall, either by himself or by his \nelection agent, keep a separate and correct account  of all expenditures \nin connection with the election, incurred or author ised by him or by his \nelection agent between the dates on which he has be en nominated and \nthe date of declaration of the result thereof, both dates inclusive. \n(2) The account shall contain such particulars, as may be prescribed. \n(3) The total of said expenditure shall not exceed such amount as may \nbe prescribed.",
