(a) publish h book himself or through a member of his family or through any other person or through a publisher, or contribute an article to a book or a compilation of articles, or
(b) participate in a radio or contribute or write a letter to a newspaper or periodical, either in his own name or anonymously or in the name of any other person:
(i) if such publication is through a publisher and is of a purely literary artistic or scientific character; or
(iii) if such contribution, broadcast or writing is of a purely literary, artistic or scientific character.
