            "content": "An\nAct\nfuther to amend the Indian Stamp Act in its application to Assam\nWhereas it is expedient to introduce new rates of stamp\nduty in terms of multiples of five naye paise in decimal coinage and for that\npurpose to amend the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act No.11 of 1899), herein-\nafter called the Principal Act, in its application to Assam, in the manner\nhereinafter appearing;\nIt is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-",
