Section 51 • THE ASSAM SLUM AREAS (IMPROVEMENT AND CLEARANCE) ACT, 1959
Section 51
51. Every police officer, mauzadar or officer of the Local Authority shall give immediate information to the Authority of an offence coming to his knowledge which has been committed under this Act, or against any rule, made under this Act and shall be bound to assist all members, officers and servants of the Authority in the exercise of their lawful Authority.
