The Chief Engineer or the officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer empowered by him in this behalf on being satisfied that the Shramik Bahini had complied with the requirements of this Act, in regard to registration, shall register the Shramik Bahini by entering in a register, to be maintained in such form as may be prescribed, the particulars relating to the Shramik Bahini as contained in the statement submitted for registration.
