            "title": "Section 4. Notification of services, Designated Public Servant, Appellate Authority, Reviewing Authority, User Charge and stipulated Time Limits",

Filing of\nsuch appeal shall be duly acknowledged by the Appellate\nAuthority by providing the Appellant a signed receipt of the\nsame:",

            "content": "(2) Every rule made under this section shall be laid as soon as may\nbe after it is made, before the Assam Legislative Assembly while it\nis in the session for a total period of fourteen days which may be\ncomprised in one session or in two successive sessions and if before\nthe expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the session\nimmediately following, the Assam Legislative Assembly agree in\nmaking any modification in the rule or the Assam Legislative\nAssembly agree that the rule should not be made the rule shall\nthereafter have effects only in such modified form or be of no\neffect, as the case may be, so however, that any such modification\nor annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything\npreviously done under that rule.",
