Section 12 • THE ASSAM PRIVATE PLACEMENT AGENCIES FOR RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS (REGULATION) ACT, 2019
Section 12. Limitation
No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act unless the complaint thereof is made within 3 (three) months from the date on which the alleged commission of the offence came to the knowledge of the Controlling Authority or the Inspector, as the case may be.
