In section 2 of the principal Act,-\n(1) clause (4) shall be deleted and clauses (5) to (16) shall be renumbered as clauses (4) to (15) respectively;\n(2) for clause 13 as so renumbered, the following shall be substituted, namely:-\n\"(13) 'Financial Year' means the Year starting from Ist July and ending on the 30th June of the following year;\";\n(3) after clause (15) as so renumbered, the following shall be inserted as clause (16), namely:-\n\"(16) 'House' includes a building, hut, shed, shop, warehouse, workshop or Mill house;\".",
