Section 5 • THE ASSAM NON-GOVERNMENT SCHOOL AND COLLEGE EMPLOYEES CENTRALISED PROVIDENT FUND SCHEME ACT, 1969

A Scheme framed under this Act may provide that any of its provisions shall come into force with effect from such date as may be specified in this behalf in the Scheme and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Scheme[cite: 10].
