Section 11 • THE ASSAM HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE ACT, 1955
Section 11
After the publication of the names of Homeopaths under section 6 of the Act and after such time as the State Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, announce, no person other than a "Registered" Homeopath holding a license to practise as hereinbefore provided, shall practise the Homeopathic system of medicine.
