Section 8. Establishment and maintenance of health establishment
8. The Health Authority may, in any part of Assam within its jurisdiction, allow to establish or maintain health establishment for reception, adm- ission, treatment and care of physically ill persons, pregnant woman and carry-out laboratory proced- ure for diagnosis of health and disease at such pla- ces as it thinks fit.
