Section 33 • THE ASSAM FIXATION OF CEILING ON LAND HOLDINGS ACT, 1956
Section 33. Collector may enforce order
33. If the Collector is opposed or impeded in taking possession of any land under the provision of the Act, he may use or cause to be used such force as may be ecessary to ejeet any persen from the land.
