Whereas it is expedient to establish a Private University under the name and style "The Assam Bosco Don University" under section 6 of the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007 and for matters connected Therewith or incidental thereto.
It is hereby enacted in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
