Section 2 • THE ASSAM CONSOLIDATION OF HOLDINGS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1965
Section 2. Retrospective operation of the Act
2. The amendments made by this Act shall be deemed and always to have been deemed to have formed part of the principal Act, as if the principal Act had been enacted as so amended with effect from the date the assent to the principal Act was first published in the Official Gazette.
