Section 26 • THE ASSAM APARTMENTS (CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP) ACT, 2006
Section 26. Offences by promoter and builder
Any promoter who knowingly makes a false disclosure in respect of any of the matters referred to in clause (a), (b), (g) and (h) at section 23 or contravenes the provisions of section 25, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend up to fifty thousand rupees, or with both.
