        "content": "In the principal Act, after section 25, the following shall be inserted as section 25A, namely :-\r\n\"25A. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a State Level Co-ordination Committee with a Chairman and such number of members, as may be decided, to review the functioning of the Corporation and to suggest ways and means for improvement and also to perform such other advisory functions as may be specified in the notification\".",
