        "content": "As soon as may be, after its constitution every Local Planning Authority/Sub-Divisional Planning Authority shall, not later than six months after its constitution or within such time as the State Government/State Urban and Country Planning Board may, from time to time extend, prepare a Present Land Use Map (hereinafter called the Map) and a Land Use Register in the form to be prescribed indicating the present use of every piece of land in the Local Planning Area.",
