        "content": "(a) if within the period prescribed or within such period which the State Government/ State Urban and Country Planning Board has extended, no map or Register has been prepared, OR\n(b) if at any time the state Government/ State Urban and Country Planning Board is satisfied that the Local Planning Authority is not taking steps necessary to prepare such a Map and a register within that period, the State Government/ State Urban and Country Planning Board may direct the Director of Town Planning/ Chief Town Planner, to prepare the Map and the Register by itself or by engaging Professionals/ Experts in the field by hiring their services as per existing rules.\nChapter-V\nDevelopment Plans",
