An Act to provide for the Constitution and Regulation of Housing Board for Arunachal Pradesh; for the purpose of taking measures to deal with the need for housing accommodation and for further amendment of law relating to eviction of persons in unauthorised occupation and for the further amendment of law relating to acquisition of land and for matters connected therewith.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Arunachal Pradesh in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -
