Power to remove difficulties:\nIf any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government, as and when the occasion arises, may by an order published in the Arunachal Pradesh Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.",
