        "content": "(b) Delegation of powers: - Subject to the control/directions of the State Government, the Licensing authority may, by general or special order in writing and subject to such conditions and limitations, as may be specified therein, delegate to any senior Officer/staff such of its powers and functions under this Act, as it may deem necessary, for the efficient carrying on of its administration.",
