        "content": "(ii) The fees specified below shall be chargeable in respect of licence (s) namely:-\n1.\nLicence Fees\n(a)\nComposite licence for all Scheduled Commodities\nRs.\n(i)\nWholesale and retail\n3000/-\n(ii)\nWholesale\n2000/-\n(iii)\nRetail\n1000/-\n(b)\nEdible oilseeds/Edible oils:\n(i)\nWholesale\n1000/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n500/-\n(c)\nSugar\n(i)\nWholesale\n1000/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n500/-\n2.\nRenewal Fees:\n(a)\nComposite licence for all Scheduled Commodities\n(i)\nWholesale and retail\n1000/-\n(ii)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(iii)\nRetail\n200/-\n(b)\nEdible oilseeds/Edible oils:\n(i)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n200/-\n(c)\nSugar\n(i)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n200/-\n3.\nDuplicate Licence Fees\n(a)\nComposite licence for all Scheduled Commodities\n(i)\nWholesale and retail\n1000/-\n(ii)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(iii)\nRetail\n300/-\n(b)\nEdible oilseeds/Edible oils:\n(i)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n200/-\n(c)\nSugar\n(i)\nWholesale\n500/-\n(ii)\nRetail\n200/-\n(a) A producer (Miller)/Commission Agent shall take wholesale licence from the licensing authority\n(b) The holder of a licence may obtain from the Licensing Authority a duplicate of the licence issued to him if the original is lost, destroyed or defaced.",
