        "content": "Implementation of Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan/Tribal Sub-Plan\r\nschemes in the districts - (1) The Government shall constitute a District\r\nMonitoring Committee in each district with the District Collector as its\r\nChairman, which shall be responsible for implementation of the Scheduled\r\nCastes Sub-Plan/Tribal Sub-Plan in the district.\r\n(2) The District Planning Committees of each district shall review the\r\nimplementation of Scheduled Castes Sub- Plan/Tribal Sub-Plan periodically.",
