        "content": "Schedule\n(b) The stipulated time shall start from the date of submission of complete application to the Competent Authority for delivery of public service.\n(c) In case the Competent Authority seeks additional information or clarification on the submitted application before the expiry of the prescribed time limit, the time shall be put on hold and shall resume from the date of receipt of the additional information to the Competent Authority.",
