        "title": "7. Power in regulation to absconding persons.",

        "content": "(b) If such person fails to comply with such order, unless he proves that it was not possible for him to comply therewith, and that he had within the period specified in the order, informed the officer mentioned in the order of the reasons which tendered compliance therewith impossible and of his where-abouts, or proves that it was hot possible for him to so inform the officer mentioned in the order, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.\n(c) Notwithstanding anything contained in the said Code, every offence under clause (b) shall be cognizable.",
