(a) Polling Officers.
(b) public servants on duty in connection with the election;
(c) persons authorised by the State Election Commission;
(d) candidates, their election agents appointed subject to the provisions of Rule 16 of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (Election of Mayor, Members and Election petitions) Rules, 1987, one polling agent of each candidate;
(e) a child in arms accompanying as elector;
(f) a person accompanying a blind or infirm elector who cannot move without help; and
(g) such other persons as the presiding officer may employ from time to time admit for the purpose of identifying voters or otherwise assisting him in taking the poll.
