        "content": "(a) At an ordinary meeting, business shall be conducted in the following order:\n(i) The business postponed at the previous meeting shall then be considered;\n(ii) Subjects included in the agenda shall thereafter be considered;\n(iii) Any other items may also be considered if permitted by the Presiding Officer.\n(b) Special Meetings: At a special meeting only the business for the purpose of considering which the special meeting has been called shall be considered.",
