(ii) In respect of ECET-FDH-AC, the permanent committee constituted, may issue necessary directions to the committee of ECET-FDH-AC to conduct re-examination for the reasons to be recorded in writing without collecting any fees for such reexamination.
(iii) If the Permanent Committee is of the opinion that the conduct of the ECET(FDH)-AC including the procedure adopted is not fair or transparent or non-exploitative, it may, after giving opportunity to the concerned, recommend to the competent authority to step in to take appropriate steps to conduct re-examination. In such an event the Association of Colleges shall reimburse the expenditure incurred in that regard as directed by competent authority.]
