Km\n:\n500\n(c)\nRevenue\n:\nRs. 60.00 Lakhs Provided that local area with a\n\t\t\t\tlesser income may also be considered if it has acquired urban\n\t\t\t\tcharacteristics\n(d)\nPercentage of employment in Non- agricultural\n\t\t\t\tactivities\n:\n40% Provided that a local area with lesser\n\t\t\t\tpercentage of employment in Non-agricultural activities may also\n\t\t\t\tbe considered if it is not more than 20 Kms. away from a\n\t\t\t\tMunicipality (District Head quarter) or Municipal Corporation.\n(e)\nEconomic importance\n:\nAvailability of market facilities and\n\t\t\t\tpotentialities to attract industries.\n(f)\nOther factors\n:\nLocal area acquiring Urban Characteristics",
