        "content": "(a) the rates of assessment set out in the resettlement notification in force on the date of the passing of this Act, in the district in which the estate is situated, or\n(b) if more than one such notification is in force in the district, or if the estate is situated in more than one district, the rates set out in that one of those notifications, which the Government consider to be most appropriate to the case.",
