(a) undertaking extension programmes on a phased programme covering the entire State of Andhra Pradesh in such manner as may be determined by the Government in consultation with Board :
(b) dissemination of information for solution of problems relating to agriculture and domestic fields :
(c) establishment of youth clubs for developing the interests of young people in agriculture ; and
(d) such other purposes as may be prescribed.
