        "content": "(1) Where the Registrar has made an order under section 96 for the winding \nup of a co-operative society, the Registrar may appoint a liquidator for the \npurpose and fix his remuneration.  \n(2) Where a co-operative society is to be dissolved and no liquidator is appointed \nby the general body meeting, the Registrar shall appoint any person as a \nliquidator to wind up the affairs of the co-operative society.",
