        "content": "(a) set apart suitable places for use by the public for bathing, or for washing animals, or for washing or drying clothes;\n(b) specify the times at which and the sex of persons by whom such places may be used;\n(c) prohibit, by public notice, the use by the public, for any of the said purposes, of any place not so set apart; and\n(d) charge fees for the use of such place by any specified class or classes of persons or by the public generally.",
