            "content": "further to amend the Assam Women's University Act, 2013.\nWhereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Women's University Act, 2013, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;\nIt is hereby enacted in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-",
