            "content": "(2) Power of the Visitor: Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Visitor shall have the following powers namely: -",

            "content": "(b) On the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any order, proceeding or decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the Act, Regulations or Rules, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the University which shall be binding to all concerned;\"",
