            "content": "to provide for the establishment, maintenance and development of comprehensive public libraries system in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.\n\nBe it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-",

            "content": "Powers to make rules:\n[...]\nLaying of rules before Legislative Assembly: Every rule made by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh, while it is in session, for a total period of ten days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the session immediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid, the Legislative Assembly makes any modification in the rule or resolves that the rule should not be made, the rules shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect as the case may be, so however, that such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.",

            "content": "Power to remove difficulties:\n24. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order publish in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions, not inconsistent with provisions of this Act, as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.",
