            "content": "Provided that such repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the said Acts and any panchayat constituted or deemed to have been constituted under the repealed Madras Village Panchayats Act, 1950, and functioning at the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been constituted under the Madras Village Panchayat Act, 1950, as extended by Section 3.",
