        "content": "Notwithstanding anything contained in section 1 (3) all buildings requisitioned by the Government under the Requisitioning of Buildings (Andhra Area) Ordinance, 1953 (Madras Ordinance I of 1953), while that Ordinance was in operation in the Kurnool and Nandyal Municipalities, shall be deemed to have been requisitioned under this Act as if such requisitions were made by a competent authority under this Act after it had been brought into force in the said municipalities under section 1 (3) of this Act; but nothing contained herein shall be construed as authorising the making of any fresh requisitions in the said municipalities unless this Act is brought into force therein by a notification under section 1 (3).",
