Representation by Association - Any association declared to be unlawful\nmay, if it so chooses, send a representation to the Government within fifteen\ndays from the date of publication of the notification or the date of receipt or\naffixture thereof in the manner specified in section 3, whichever is later, and\nsuch representation shall be placed before the Advisory Board for its\nconsideration. The association may if it so desires request for a personal\nhearing before the Advisory Board.",
