        "content": "(a) ' Act ' means the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 (Act 1 of 1973) :\n(b) ' declarant ' means every person who is required to furnish a declaration under Section 8 or Section 18 of the Act:\n(c) ' form ' means a form appended to these Rules;\n(d) ' Table ' means a Table appended to these Rules:\n(e) ' Tahsildar ' means a Tahsildar holding charge of taluk or a Deputy Tahsildar holding independent charge of a taluk or a sub-taluk and includes a Special Deputy Tahsildar appointed by the District Collector for purposes of these Rules.",
