for, the State of Andhra Pradesh a University by the name of the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University which shall consist of a Chancellor, a Vice- Chancellor, a Board of Management, Academic Council, or any other organization / agency to operate facilities like Aqua Park or knowledge park and others for using them for hands-on training, incubation centers etc., for overall development of Fisheries
