A Municipality may, where it appears to it to be necessary for the prevention of danger to life or priperty, by public notice, prohibit the stacking or collecting of timber, wood, dry grass, straw or other inflammable materials, or the placing of mats or thatched huts or the lighting of a fire in any place, or within any limits in the municipal area which may be specified in the notice:\n\nProvide 1 that no such notice shall be issued except with the previous approval of the Deputy Commissioner.",
