            "content": "(a) 'Act' means the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Moneys (Recovery of Dues) Act, 1986 (Act No. 10 of 1987);\n(b) 'Form' means a form appended to these rules;\n(c) 'Section' means a section of the Act.",

            "title": "3. Form or certificate under sub-section (1) of section 3.",

            "content": "Form 'A'\nForm 'A'\n( See rule 2)\nCertificate under sub-section (1) of section 3.\n1.\nParty to the Agreement referred to in sub-section (1) of\n\t\t\t\tsection 3 or where the Agreement so provides his heir or legal\n\t\t\t\trepresentative in case the party is dead.\n2.\nThe amount of the financial assistance granted to the party.\n3.\nDate when the charge, pledge, mortgage or other incumbrance\n\t\t\t\tcreated to secure repayment of the amount of financial\n\t\t\t\tassistance.\n4.\nDate when the loan was advanced.\n5.\nThe nature of the transaction and terms of the loan or\n\t\t\t\tadvance.\n6.\nTotal amount of loan or advance or any instalment thereof due\n\t\t\t\t(including interest thereon).\n7.\nPayments, if any, made by the party and the date of each of\n\t\t\t\tsuch payments.\n8.\nNet amount due on the date of certificate.\n9.\nDescription of the property on which charge, pledge, mortgage,\n\t\t\t\tor other incumbrance is created.\nThe Authorised Officer, The Managing Director The Chairman, The Local Agent.",
